What happens after I choose to be a game changer?
What happens after I choose purposeful alignment?
The ReSET was birthed out of two powerful questions that emerged from the #1 International Bestselling and Nautilis Award-winning book, Choosing Purposeful Alignment: The Messy Middle of Transformation. What happens after I choose purposeful alignment? What happens after I choose to become a game changer?
Choosing to be a game changer is not enough; you have to embody it. For leaders to embody it, they have to reset their story and the narrative they tell themselves and the world.
It’s impossible to move to the embodiment of your purpose and this powerful posture as a game changer if you are operating out of an antiquated story that is grounded in incomplete truths, fear, and resistance. In The ReSET, you will learn to:
- Courageously name your purpose
- Lean into the power of disequilibrium
- Embrace disruption as medicine
- Uncover the layers above, beyond, and deep
- Maneuver through mini-stories and archetypes
- Release the baggage and fears
- Realign your labor, energy, and perspectives
- Become a radical storyteller of your own narrative
The ReSET is an intentional journey to reset and rewrite a new story, one that guides new, emerging, and seasoned leader through the process and work of mastering three elevated disciplines: The Pause, The Pivot, and Forward Stance. The result is to become a radical storyteller, poised and strategically positioned to lead at the next level in every area of life.
"In this book, Tracey intertwines powerful lessons in her stories, takes us through a tough journey, and offers permission to fail and adapt at every step. The best part: She holds your hand through it all!"
