Many women shared that the 2025 Game Changer Experience™ was pivotal in their journey toward purposeful alignment and expressed a strong desire to build on that momentum. They were eager to stretch further and lean into the third choice—Become a Game Changer—through a continued shared experience. In response, we invite women to return for a third year to courageously continue the journey toward purposeful alignment.

Year Three of this transformative journey invites participants to explore deeper principles from the #1 International Bestseller and Award-Winning book, Choosing Purposeful Alignment: The Messy Middle of Transformation, while discovering fresh insights from the newly released The ReSET. Attendees will engage with the three essential choices for achieving purposeful alignment, with a special focus on Becoming A Game Changer. Building on concepts from previous years, we’ll dive deeply into the three game changer principles and introduce the powerful framework of the ReSET.

The event is designed to reposition and connect women to a transformational experience that will build new muscles and facilitate on-going opportunities to build social and relational capital, amplify their leadership and skills, and cultivate relationships across diverse experiences, journeys and backgrounds in service to cultivating a community of support to support women to pursue the life they want to achieve and thrive-by saying yes to choosing purposeful alignment. Includes book signing by the author of both purpose-driven books and an exclusive first access to sign up for the upcoming ReSET Weekend Retreat previously highlighted on the Table and Mic docuseries.

The Architect
Tracey Greene-Washington is the President of Indigo Innovation Group, a consulting firm dedicated to serving as a strategic thought-partner, advisor, coach and consultant to philanthropic, nonprofit, and private/public organizations committed to accelerating change through system-level approaches and strategic collaboration. Tracey Greene-Washington is a social entrepreneur and co-owner with her husband Edmund Washington of NoGrease Northlake and No Grease Premium Barbershops with the opening of two additonal franchise locations ( Houston TX and Huntersville NC) in 2026. She is also the Co-CEO with her husband Edmund Washington of Razored Technologies, which launched in 2025. In addition to this role she is the Founder of CoThinkk, a social change philanthropy committed to systems change in Western NC through strategic investments, systems change, centering network-building, and civic discourse.

Doors open at 5:00 PM. The experience begins at 6:00 PM. Come early to network with other game changers and prepare to move into the space.
What to wear?
Business casual.
What to bring?
Be ready to bring your full self and know that you showing up present, open, leaning in, curious, and excited is perfect. Electronic devices are welcome but not necessary.
Will there be refreshments?
Complimentary hors d’oeuvres and refreshments are available from 5:00 PM – 6:15 PM.
Can I buy a ticket on-site and bring a friend?
We look forward to accommodating everyone. Unfortunately, on-site registration will not be available. Feel free to purchase tickets for you and your guest.
