Limited-Run Products
Many of our products are offered in limited, non-restockable runs and are produced specifically to fulfill individual orders. Because of this production model, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference changes.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing information, and images carefully prior to purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially incorrect due to a fulfillment error, we will gladly assist with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
To be eligible for resolution:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- You must provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem (the full item must be visible)
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. In most approved cases, returns are not required.
Reports submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order appears lost in transit or has not arrived:
- You must contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date
- We may ask you to:
- Confirm the shipping address provided at checkout
- Check with your local carrier or post office
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work to resolve the issue.
If tracking information shows the order as delivered but the package cannot be located, replacements or refunds may not be guaranteed. These situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
If an order is returned due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address,
- Failure to claim the package,
- Refusal of delivery,
We are unable to issue a refund. Reshipment may be available at the customer’s expense once a correct address is confirmed.
Unauthorized Returns
Please contact us before returning any items.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Unclaimed or unapproved returns may be donated or discarded in accordance with our fulfillment partner’s policies.
Products Sold Through Third-Party Retailers
Some products, including books authored by Indigo Innovation Group collaborators, may be sold through third-party retailers such as Amazon.
When you are redirected to a third-party website to complete a purchase:
- That retailer is the merchant of record
- Their refund and return policies apply
- Indigo Innovation Group does not process or manage refunds for those purchases
Please refer directly to the third-party retailer for assistance with those orders.
Digital Products
Some products offered by Indigo Innovation Group may be delivered digitally, including but not limited to downloadable files, online resources, or access to digital content.
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales of paid digital products are final once access is provided or the product is delivered.
If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist. Refunds for digital products are not guaranteed and are granted at our discretion.
Free digital resources are provided as-is and are not eligible for refunds.

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can assist you promptly.
Submitting a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and limit available options.
